“Friday night at about 6:15, my 3 dogs were getting agitated due to a high pitched chirping noise coming from somewhere in the house. I found out it was a smoke alarm atop a 10-12 foot ceiling. I explained my problem to Clark and he mentioned that they were a plumbing company, but he understood how bad the situation was with my dogs freaking out. So he called a friend who came out and fixed the problem! The next time I have a plumbing problem you can bet I’m calling Pipe Master! Clark could just as easily said, sorry, we’re a plumbing company, and hung up. But he had compassion enough to help me out. That’s class!”
